Very good quality and selection, very nice staff. Just something for information on the Internet: The opening time should be corrected by the owner from 8 a.m. on workdays to 9 a.m. Anyway, I came after I had read on the net that it was open from 8 a.m. on Mondays at 9 a.m. and it wasn't open yet, or I could sit down, but it wasn't served because it was still being cleaned and everything was ready . Which was not a problem for me that day, but if someone now relies on statements on the Internet and is fixed in time, it could be a bit annoying.

Good and tasty selection of cakes and desserts. I just hope that a little more delicious coffee can be offered in the future. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax for a while not far from Sendlinger Tor.

What a shame! Super nice corner and very good coffee and food, but unfortunately very unfriendly service! I won't be going there any longer.

The quality of the cakes is very good, the location of the café would be a perfect oasis for refueling in the city center. But there is still some room for improvement in terms of service and atmosphere.

A very nice location right at the Munich City Hall. The tartlets are more expensive, but worth every penny. The deduction was there because of the disastrous service that was apparently a bit overwhelmed. Otherwise really to be recommended.

The waitress (Ana?) An impossible person. While we are seated outside, she shouts from the counter whether we need a menu, we were a bit surprised about this question and she then again "what now? Yes or no?" Incredible, unfriendly, cheeky, disrespectful. The expensive coffee was served with a dirty cup, leftovers were stuck to it all over the place, and it tasted as if the coffee from the day before had been warmed up in the microwave. The lady at the counter wasn't any better than the waitress either. When we said we wanted to pay by card, she freaked out because she had already let out the receipt and now has to do it again. I've never seen anything like this incredible. Hardly any manners. How can you even hire such people? Never again!

I was there in February and was more than happy with the service. Very courteous but not pushy. The Kaiserschmarrn was great! And I'm really critical of that. Just a star deduction, because the furnishings don't appeal to me personally and the tables are too close to me, but that's just a personal preference

The cakes are really super tasty and good but the service Frau Mimi is poor and not interested in the customer. Cold Espresso and a glass of hot water because she is offended that you do not want to order a bottle of water. Fortunately, her colleague took over because her service was done, he knows how to make an espresso.

Coffee and cakes were ok. But service was very friendly. Bread with mozzarella was not good at all. 1st floor has a good view with Marien church.
